Rural Health and Rural Physicians
I will be applying for an essay contest with the Society of Rural Physicians of Canada and I need YOUR help. I would like to include in my essay input from as many members of the community as possible.
Would you please read the following questions and send me your response before March 13, 2009. I will not be including any personal information or identifying characteristics in my essay. I am more interested in getting a general idea of how people in the community would respond to the following questions:
- What role do physicians play in the health of people in communities such as Eatonia?
- What should medical students know about the health needs of people in rural
communities?
You can answer one OR both questions and your response could be one line or one page, any response would be appreciated! I look forward to your input about the health needs of rural communities!
